Low Fuel Warning This system uses a small magnetic float contained in an all aluminum housing positioned in the header tank vent line. When the headertank is no longer being fed by the wing tanks, the fuel level in the vent line will drop allowing the float to trigger a dry reed switch in a separate chamber that will light a flashing red LED on the instrument panel. A standby green LED indicates power to the system. Everything is included except the wire from the sender to the panel. If desired, this unit can be ordered to control existing panel warning lights.
Type B The Type B sender has AN 1/4" barb fittings top and bottom and is mounted in any vertical run of the vent line.
